You can cancel your CKRAS product at any time via the webpanel or in written form (email, form, etc.). All cancellations are handled transparently and can be revoked at any time before expiration.

Important: Cancellations must be submitted at least 14 days before the end of the contract period.

Cancel via Webpanel (Recommended)

The fastest and easiest way to cancel your product is directly in the CKRAS webpanel.

Login

Login to the webpanel: https://iface.ckras.com

Open Subscription

Navigate to Subscription in the menu.

Select Product

Choose the product you want to cancel.

Confirm Cancellation

Click Cancel and confirm your action.

Tip: Each product can be cancelled individually.

Manage or Revoke Cancellation

You can undo a cancellation at any time before the contract ends.

Click Reactivate in the webpanel to restore your subscription.

The system visually marks cancelled products, so you always know their current status.

Written Cancellation

Cancellations can also be submitted in written form.
